I don’t even know how to begin this post because I love these two so so much. Kristin and Robert are two of the most amazing people anyone could have the privilege to know and I am so fortunate to call them friends. These two currently live in Texas where Kristin is in the midst of her Army medical residency (clearly an incredible woman) and they were able to come back east for a weekend to take some ‘destination wedding inspired’ engagement photos. Back in early November, we went to Texas to visit for a weekend and we discussed the idea of doing engagement photos at some point. When Kristin called me just a few days after we returned to ask if I could take them that coming weekend, I was so excited! Not only did I get the chance to photograph a gorgeous couple with a private plane but I also got to spend time with my best friend two weekends in a row. I have been dying to share this session with everyone for a while now but wanted to wait until they were able to send out their save the dates because not all guests knew they were having a destination wedding. These two make each other so happy and Rob has a sense of humor that always gets the greatest laughs and smiles out of Kristin. Kristin and Rob, thank you for being such wonderful friends and I cannot wait for your Mexico wedding later this year! Now go check out how gorgeous these two are…
I LOVE these images! I came across them this morning and now I want some! Granted, we need the private plane! LOL! My husband and I are both pilots, but he was the Army aviator and I was an Air Force girl with a private license only. We LOVE aviation and I love this set of engagement pics. It’s been a while since I have suddenly felt the desire to get ‘love’ pics done with Michael and I… but I’m feeling the urge now! I’m a wedding photographer in the Dallas/Rockwall area now! I might have to hit you up later this year. I don’t get on the other side of the camera much
